355.09 ELIMINATION OF ZONES.

All existing loading zones shall be eliminated upon passage of this chapter (Ordinance 92, passed June 7, 1966). Any loading zone established under this chapter may be eliminated by Council if it finds that the zone is no longer necessary or it is being consistently misused.
