355.02 FEE.

In filing such application, there shall be paid to the City the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), which sum shall be credited to the General Fund. This application fee shall be retained by the City, whether or not a loading zone is established, as partial reimbursement for the cost of studying the advisability of establishing a zone.
