351.15 NO PARKING BETWEEN 4:00 A. M. AND 6:00 A. M.

When Signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays and/or Sundays within the Parking Meter Zone or upon any of the streets described in Section 351.03.
