(a) No operator or driver of any motor truck used for the delivery of merchandise to any retail dealer in the City, if prevented by lack of space from parking such truck in accordance with the parking regulations of the City, shall permit such truck to stand in or upon any street or alley for more than ten minutes.

(b) No person shall permit a motor vehicle or truck-trailer combination with an overall length of more than thirty feet, farm equipment or combination thereof with an overall length of more than twenty-two feet, house trailer, or trailer to be parked on any street or alley for more than one hour without the permission of the Division of Police.

(c) No person shall park any vehicle having a diesel engine and/or refrigeration unit in a residential area, as indicated by the zone map, for longer than ten minutes with either or both such engines running.

(d) No person shall park a commercial tractor unit designed to draw a commercial semitrailer but having no provisions for carrying loads independently on any alley or street in a Residential District of the City.
