Any residential shed with a floor area exceeding two hundred (200) square feet will be regulated by the current edition of the Residential Building Code of Ohio. Any shed on a non-residential lot with a floor area greater than one hundred twenty (120) square feet shall be regulated by the current edition of the Ohio Building Code. If floor area changes are made within the Ohio Building Code those changes will automatically be enacted without legislation from the City of Eaton. (Ord. 12-09. Passed 10-15-12.)
