1331.01 "RESIDENTIAL SHED" DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, a "residential shed" means any structure or shelter primarily used for the storage of items such as hand tools and residential lawn maintenance equipment. The structure shall be located on the same lot with a principal dwelling and limited to one story in height. (Ord. 12-09. Passed 10-15-12.)
