135.01 ATTENDANCE OF DIRECTOR AT COUNCIL AND OTHER MEETINGS.

The Director of Law shall attend all regular and special meetings of Council unless excused by the City Manager, and, when specifically requested by either the City Manager or Council, shall attend such other meetings as either may deem necessary.
