(a) Fees to be Additive. The fees hereafter set forth shall be additive and, unless otherwise specifically provided, separate fees shall be paid for each of the items listed.
(b) Fee for Inspecting Repair or Alteration. The fee for inspecting the repair or alteration of an existing building shall be based on the actual cost of the project. Final fee shall be determined by the Building Official which he considers most reasonable and appropriate.
(c) Inspection Fee. Gross Area x Construction Factor x 71 x .0045 = Inspection Fee.
