1315.04 COMMENCING WORK PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.

The penalty fee for work done prior to the issuance of a permit shall be double the cost of the permit or $250.00 whichever is less. The payment of such fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with any Building Code requirements in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed by law.
