An owner may, within fifteen days after completion of service of the notice provided for in Section 1329.02, make a demand, in writing, to the Building Official for a hearing on the order to correct the dangerous and/or deteriorated conditions. The hearing shall be held within a reasonable time, not to exceed thirty days following receipt of the written demand, and at least two days notice, in writing, of the hearing shall be given to the owner. The hearing shall be conducted by a Nuisance Appeals Board composed of the Chairperson of the Planning, Zoning and Building Board, the Mayor and the Chairperson of the Planning, Zoning and Building Appeals Board, or their designees.
