(a) The minimum acreage of a mobile home park shall be ten acres and the minimum number of mobile home spaces shall be fifty.
(b) At least ten percent of the area of the mobile home park shall be utilized as open recreation areas and greenbelt.
(c) Mobile home spaces shall be so arranged as to provide an average of 5, 000 square feet per space, exclusive of roadways, parkways, laundry facilities or other park service buildings.
