Wherever a mobile home park is permitted, after public hearing and approval by the Planning, Zoning and Building Appeals Board, Chapter 3701-27 of the Ohio Administrative Code, relative to the location, layout, construction, drainage, sanitation, safety and operation of house trailer parks, shall apply, except that where the word “should” appears therein, the word "shall" is hereby substituted.
