1313.05 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of the chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any such violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
