Permits for the removal or transportation of such buildings or structures may be issued by the Building Official upon application of a person and payment of a fee as provided in Chapter 1315
. Upon receipt of the fee required under such application and compliance with the other provisions of this chapter and of these Codified Ordinances, a permit shall be issued by the Building Official for the removal or transportation of such building or structure over and along such streets or thoroughfares or routes determined to be proper and requisite in such case by the Building Official.
