Application for such permits shall be made on a form to be used for such purpose, which shall include thereon the description of the building (including dimensions and number of rooms) proposed to be moved; the place where it is located; the place to which it is proposed to move the same; the proposed route; the time likely to be required for such moving; the height of the building aboveground when on wheels during the move; a list of wires, trees, branches, signs, bushes and other items and structures that would have to be moved, relocated or removed, together with their location; plans for sanitary sewer and water connections; and such other data as the Building Official deems necessary.
