(a) The Residential Code of Ohio, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the limits of the City of Eaton, Ohio, pursuant to any/all modifications or alterations set forth in the Residential Code of Ohio.
(b) The City Zoning and Building Department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of the RCO, in its most recent edition, to exercise enforcement authority, to accept and approve plans and specifications and to make inspections, all in accordance with the RCO.
