The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute agreements with any or all of the villages of Preble County, Ohio, providing for the City to act as an enforcement authority, accept and approve plans and specifications and make necessary nonresidential inspections within the County of Preble in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Ohio Building Code upon certification of the County’s Building Department by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
