Sec. 9.04 BALLOTS.

The names of all candidates nominated for election to office in the Municipality shall be printed on the official ballot without any party designation. Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, the Laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the nominations and election of elective officers of this Municipality.
