Sec. 5.08 DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY.

The Department of Safety consists of three (3) divisions, including the Police Division, the Fire Division and the Emergency Squad. The Department shall perform such functions relative to police and fire protection and emergency medical service as may be assigned by ordinance or by order of the City Manager. The head of this Department shall be designated by the Director of Safety.
