931.02 UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

The commercial collection, removal and transportation of garbage, trash or other waste on the streets of the City by any person other than the City or its agents or persons holding a permit to do so is hereby prohibited. Commercial collection, transportation and disposal of garbage, trash or other waste shall be carried on only in accordance with provisions of this chapter.
