923.01 SERVICE RATES.

   (a)   Generally. The following water rates shall be charged for water furnished by the City to users inside the corporate limits of the City:

For all consumption in excess of 170 cubic feet, regardless of meter size, the rate shall be $0.037 per cubic foot of water used.

   (b)   Rates Outside the City. Water rates for users outside the corporation limits of the City shall be 150 percent of the charges within the corporate limits set forth in subsection (a) hereof. (Ord. 23-05. Passed 4-17-23.)
