922.28 REMOVAL CREDITS.

Where applicable, the Authority may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the ability of the POTW to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 403.7. (Ord. 12-04. Passed 5-21-12.)
