(a) No person shall discharge industrial wastes or other wastes to any sewer within the jurisdiction of the Authority and/or to the POTW without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Authority.
(b) All industrial dischargers proposing to connect to or to discharge industrial wastes and other wastes to the POTW shall obtain a wastewater discharge permit before connecting to or discharging to the POTW. All existing industrial dischargers connected to or discharging to the POTW shall obtain a wastewater discharge permit within ninety days after the effective date of this chapter. (Ord. 23-14.
