921.42 COMPUTATION OF INDUSTRIAL COST RECOVERY.
   (a)   Charges for the industrial cost recovery (ICR) shall be the sum of charges based on a measured volume of discharge and waste strength as set forth in this section. Industrial cost recovery (ICR) for major industrial users on a component cost basis shall be as follows:
ICR for flow component = $.0025 per cubic foot
ICR for BOD component = $.0567 per pound BOD
ICR for ss component = $.0291 per pound SS
   (b)   Charges shall be computed and billed monthly using the following formulae:
Monthly ICR payment for flow for any user = ICR Flow x $.0025/cu.ft.
Monthly ICR payment for BOD for any user = ICR BOD x $.0567 /lb. BOD
Monthly ICR payment for SS for any user = ICR SS x $.0291 /lb. SS
   (Ord. 01-06. Passed 2-20-01.)
   Where:
ICR FLOW = eligible loading for flow for any industry = [(Water consumption in cubic feet (cu. ft.) per billing period for any industry) -(number of employees x 4.7 cu. ft. /day per employee x number of days in billing period)]
ICR BOD = eligible loading for BOD for any industry = [(Water consumption in cubic feet (cu. ft.) per billing period x observed BOD concentration in mg/l)-(number of employees x 4.7 cu. ft. /day per employee x number of days in billing period x 200 mg/l)] x 0.0000624
ICR Suspended Solids (SS) = eligible loading for SS for any industry = [(Water consumption in cubic feet (cu. ft .) per billing period x observed SS concentration in mg/l) -(number of employees x 4.7 cu. ft. /day per employee x number of days in billing period x 250 mg/l)] x 0.0000624 (Ord. 80-8. Passed 6-10-80.)
