921.31 SEWER REVENUE FUND.

Funds received from the collection of sewer service rates and charges shall be deposited with the City Treasurer and kept in a separate and distinct fund known as the "City of Eaton Sewer Revenue Fund." This Fund shall be used for payment of the cost of management, construction, maintenance, debt service, operation, design, improvement and expansion of the sewerage system and sewage treatment plant.
