921.24 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS AND TESTING.

The Service Director and/or other duly authorized employees of the City, the County Health Department, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, bearing proper credentials and identifications, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with this chapter.
