911.08 ATTACHING WIRE, ROPE.

No person shall attach or keep attached to any tree on or in any street, alley, public highway or park in the City, or to the guard or stake intended for the protection of such tree, any rope, wire, sign or any other device whatsoever, except for the purpose of protecting the tree or the public.
