909.08 CONTINUANCE OF EXISTING NONCONFORMING CUTOUTS.

Any parking cutout constructed and in use prior to January 1, 1968, which does not conform with the provisions of this chapter is subject to termination at any time on order of the City. Such nonconforming cutouts may be reconstructed or altered only in conformity with this chapter.
