909.02 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person shall construct a parking cutout upon any street, avenue, alley, parkway or other public way or use any portion of such street, avenue, alley, parkway or public thoroughfare for a parking cutout, except in compliance with and under the terms of this chapter.
