Any driveway on a public street which does not conform to the provisions of this chapter is subject to termination at any time on order of the City. Such nonconforming driveways may be reconstructed or altered only in conformity with this chapter. No person shall fail to reconstruct or alter such driveways in conformity with the provisions of this chapter within a reasonable time after being notified by the City Manager to do so.
