Sec. 2.03 VACANCIES - HOW FILLED.

Any vacancy on the Council shall be filled within thirty (30) days by vote of a majority of the remaining members of Council by the selection of a qualified elector who has resided in the City for at least one (1) year immediately preceding his appointment. Such person so chosen shall serve for the unexpired term.
