The Chief of Police or the City Manager may revoke any driver's license provided for in Section 729.04 for any of the following reasons:
(a) Violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of this chapter or of these Codified Ordinances or of any State or Federal law;
(b) Failure of the licensee to furnish continuous and overall service;
(c) Fraudulent misrepresentation on the application for the license; and
(d) Fraudulent, deceitful or otherwise dishonest practices in the operation of the business.
The revocation provided for herein shall be in addition to any penalty provided for in Section 729.99 or any other penalty imposed upon the licensee.
