711.05 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in this chapter, on the premises of a Sexually Oriented Business without having secured a Sexually Oriented Business employee license pursuant to this chapter.

(b) A violation of this section shall be a ground for the suspension of a Sexually Oriented Business employee license as provided for in Section 711.13.
