553.06 SPEED LIMIT.
   (a)    No engineer, conductor, fireman, motorman or other employee of any railroad company or traction company shall run or operate any locomotive, engine, passenger car, freight car, hand car, street car, traction car or train of cars faster than thirty miles per hour within the City, except that west of the Park Avenue crossing in the City, such permitted speed shall be not greater than forty-five miles per hour.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
