246.26   EVALUATION PROCEDURE.
   (a)   Council reserves the right to conduct evaluations of all Village employees, that Council has the right and duty to direct and control. Currently these employees are the Village Manager, Council Clerk, Law Director and Director of Finance.
   (b)   Evaluation shall be completed, as and when directed by Council, upon Motion made and passed. Any written evaluations shall be maintained in accordance with the Village records retention policies.
   (c)   Upon Motion made and approved, Council may enter into executive session to conduct and review the evaluations, for the purpose of considering the continued employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation the evaluated employee, as authorized by R.C. § 121.22(G)(1).
