The moving contractor shall be responsible and pay for all damage to any street or to any overhead wire, tree or other object which may be lawfully placed or which lawfully exists in any street. The cost of removing and replacing all overhead wires and poles shall be paid for by the moving contractor. A deposit covering the cost of this work shall be made to the Manager in advance.
