In the event that a mobile home or house trailer is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the owner of such mobile home or house trailer shall be given notice in writing from the Manager of his violation and shall be given a period of two weeks from the date of the delivery of such notice to remove the mobile home or house trailer. No person shall fail to comply with such notice within such period.
