1448.01 LOCATION.

No person shall locate or install a mobile home or house trailer in the City, for the purpose of occupancy, other than in a mobile home park which has received a conditional use permit and which conforms to the requirements of the Zoning Code (Ordinance 1775, passed October 22, 1973).
