Fire limits are hereby established within the City as follows: Beginning at a point on North Avenue at the intersection of Walnut Street; thence east with North Avenue to James Street; thence south with James Street to East Main Street; thence south with Pearl Alley to Garfield Avenue; thence west on Garfield Avenue to South Market Street; thence south on Market Street to Leake Street to Walnut Street; thence north on Walnut Street to North Avenue and the place of beginning.
