1256.01 HEIGHT LIMITS FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.

   Maximum height limits established for buildings and structures are as follows:

   (a)   Thirty-five feet in the RU, RS and RD Districts; and

   (b)   Forty-five feet in RA, B-1, B-2 and I-1 Districts.
