1240.05 SEPARABILITY.

Any section, provision, clause, phrase or sentence of this Zoning Code which is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, shall not affect the validity of the Zoning Code as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid.
