1224.80   FINAL INSPECTION.
   Upon completion of all the improvements, the subdivider shall request, in writing, a final inspection as required under Ohio R.C. 711.091. The costs incurred during the final inspection for the hiring of engineers and other consultants shall be paid for by the subdivider. A bond or check for the estimated amount of these final inspection costs, as approved by the City Manager, shall be posted or paid prior to the final approval of the plat. The subdivider shall be billed for any additional costs.
