The subdivider within the corporation limits shall install street lights in accordance with standards and specifications of the City Manager. The Planning Commission may allow the subdivider to phase the installation of street lights in accordance with lot development. This agreement must be in the form of a legal contract with the City and must be signed by the subdivider, the Mayor, and the Law Director.
