1224.62   FULL DEPTH ASPHALT PAVEMENT.
   If streets are to be constructed out of "full-depth" asphalt above the subgrade, the City Manager shall determine the pavement thickness. Generally, local street pavements may vary from four to six inches depending upon subgrade conditions, collector street pavements may vary from five to nine inches, and arterial or industrial streets from six to eleven inches. Construction shall be in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications, Chapter 400, "Flexible Pavement," (January 1, 1995 edition incorporated herein by reference).
