All streets shall be graded to their full width, including side slopes, and improved in conformance with the standards given or referred to in these regulations and in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications, Chapter 200, "Earthwork." Detailed specifications can be found in the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications Manual as referred to in the following sections. These standards are considered minimum and are subject to change where deemed necessary.
