(a) Public sidewalks may be required on one or both sides of the street in all residential subdivisions subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
(b) Public sidewalks may be required for all commercial lots subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
(c) Public sidewalks may lie required for industrial lots, subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
