1224.10   PREAPPLICATION MEETING REQUIRED.
   (a)   The subdivider shall meet with the Technical Review Committee prior to submitting the preliminary plat. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss early and informally the purpose and effect of these regulations and the criteria and standards contained therein; and to familiarize the developer with the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning, Building, Sanitary, and other applicable Codes and regulations. The subdivider shall submit to the Technical Review Committee for its comments and suggestions a sketch plan and such other information as requested by the Commission.
   (b)   The applicant seeking approval of a commercial or industrial subdivision shall furnish the following information and exhibits to the Planning Commission:
      (1)   Boundary line of proposed commercial subdivision, and the total acreage encompassed thereby;
      (2)   The size and location of existing sewers, water mains, culverts, manholes, and other underground facilities within the tract;
      (3)   Locations, general layout, and dimensions of principal and accessory buildings;
      (4)   Traffic circulation within the confines of the commercial subdivision;
      (5)   Location, arrangement, and dimensions of automobile parking bays, aisles, and loading spaces;
      (6)   Location and dimensions of vehicular drives, entrances, exits, acceleration and deceleration lanes, including rights-of-way;
      (7)   Location and dimensions of pedestrian entrances and exits to the site walks and walkways;
      (8)   Location and dimensions of drainage systems and channels; and
      (9)   Sanitary sewer system plans showing locations, dimensions, and elevations.
