(a) In accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1986, an area approximately 300 feet around the Municipal well field and treatment plant is hereby designated as a wellhead protection area.
(b) Exhibit A, which is attached to original Ordinance 8-94, passed March 14, 1994, designates the area that, in accordance with the Zoning Code, is restricted as to present and future commercial and/or industrial development.
(c) To prevent the possible contamination of the ground water supply, no hazardous materials shall be stored or used on or near such area.
