Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, plumbers and tappers who violate any of such provisions shall have their licenses revoked for a period of one year.
