1040.20 INJURY OR REMOVAL OF SEWER FACILITIES.

No person shall disturb, injure, break or remove any portion of any manhole, lamphole, flush tank or any part of the sanitary sewers, disposal works, or outfall of the same, or any of the appurtenances thereof, nor shall anyone place or cause to be placed therein or thereon any injurious matter or substance.
